Multi fonctional lots

Is it possible to creat lots that are able to have jobs and residential like we see In Montréal or any other kind of cities?

you may be able to so by modding the lot to be so - but I am new the the batting world - and even so : the query would not show it as a multi functional lot.

but the "demand satisfied" property may tell how many jobs/residents there are wit hthe type based on the building type. so it may not work right.
