Medianless avenues

Hello. Can I get any medianless avenue for SC4?  Those from photos below are from NWM projcect wchich is currently on hiatus. This from the first photo (avenue with yellow lines) was on the STEX so I wonder if it is still available somewhere?

i dont want to get your hopes up to high..

But i would say the NWM is more on semi - hiatus..

I think Tarkus of late is putting much of his time into the rural highway mod..

But there has been a few hints here and there that a release of the NWM, may be closer

than you think

Oh wow! Now that would look very nice with the medians gone. I love the look of those avenues!

hello, I have been looking for the avenue u have in the picture and I can not find it any where. And sorry if this is a bad question but, what is the STEX?

@thecarl3: It was locked, and they are working on a new one. The 'STEX' is the 'Simtropolis Exchange' (link on the top of this page), where you can download files and add them to your game, by putting the file under My Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins.

The release that nihonkaranws is referring to is ryanb_sc4's (aka burgsabre87) old Two-Way Left Turn Lane Mod (TWLTL), which is simply a texture replacement mod for the Avenue network--the center turn lanes do not function.  The mod has not been available for the past 9 months.

The Network Widening Mod (NWM) project includes a network called the TLA-5 (TLA="Turning Lane Avenue"), which uses the old TWLTL textures, but it will not replace the Avenue network (it will be built by dragging the Road out of special Starter Pieces) and the center turn lanes will function.

The NWM project is still in-development, but it has not been a major focus for awhile now.  I myself have been focused on getting RHW Version 3.0 done . . . I plan to return to it after that's complete, though.
