Please Help

I need the help of all the great people on this website One week ago, I was having Game Crashes (in Simcity 4) Transport Problems and general havoc with my gameplay. In a fit of frustration, I deleted everything that was related to Simcity While that fixed the glitch problems, it left me with a big problem, I had forgotten to remove my download folder, and was not smart enough to save it on my external Hard Drive. at the time, i had over 2000 files from when I first started downloading from this site in 2006, but now, I have to rebuild my library from scratch, which is a problem because I have no time on my hands (not the patience) to search the website for hours on end and find the Files I need. So far, in the 3 hours I've spent here, I have reestablished 274 of those files and most of the dependencies (save the NDEX, SimPeg, and Porky Props (which I apparently cannot download anymore) What I want is to start a new city journal, and create one that will blow your soxs off, but what I need for that is some major mass packs. those who would be willing to help will receive gratuitous thanks and dedications in My coming city journal(s). if you are willing to help, please send me these An NDEX pack of buildings and dependencies A SimGoober pack A HK building packs (a friend was kind enough to send me those but they were all lost) A SimPeg Pack (with dependencies) and A BSC pack (my account with them went dead for some reason) To those who are willing to help, please send them to this email address dontdrink839@hotmail.com If you do, I thank you in advance, and if you send your Simtrop name or real name you will be given mention in my city journal and all others to follow TO ADMINS: if this is inappropriate, or in the wrong place, email me to tell em where to move it or delete it yourself, I didn't know where to put it. Dude... Im sorry to hear bout your deletion but what you're asking is too much work. You gotta ask permission to the creators of such 2000 lots to let you add them into this such called "mass pack" and that would take lots and lots of time apart from having the chance of not getting permission to upload the creator's Bats. Maybe you should think of another solution. I hopeyou get it all fixed

If you don't have the "patience" to actually get what you want and expect someone else to do it for you, then you don't deserve it either.. and as pointed out the transfer of "consolidated" information without linking to the source sites is a violation of both ST rules and a violation of EULA's for almost every single custom mod/lot, regardless of the source (ie all SC4 custom web sites)

I think this would be considered plagiarism/piracy of the custom content involved. Additionally, many creators have specific wishes/instructions that their custom content is not distributed in this way, and this should be respected.

I think you would be better off just downloading the items as you find you need them. This way you can keep a tidy plugin folder with only the items you really find useful or necessary.

I deliberately wiped my plugins a couple of months ago, and its turned out to have been a good thing. I did have to spend some time downloading some things, but everything I have is up to date, and something that I really want in my game, not just clutter that looked nice at the time I downloaded it, but I've never actually used.

Edit: I run my game in window mode, with a web browser open. That way if I see that I need something in my game while I'm playing, I can go and find it and have it downloading while I'm still playing. That way I'm multi-tasking my computer and saving time. You won't be able to install and have the new content appear on the fly, but you can have it ready to go the next time your restart your game.
