The Town of Hamlin is very small at this current time with less than 500 people. The Town is located 30 miles south of Aversa and the Area is split by the Allegany River. The town also has a small Commercial district with some rather unknown companies making their home in Hamlin. The Town has real promise and is expected to grow very quickly do to the fact of the lack of residential zoning in Aversa. Here is what the Town looks like so far:

It's nice that you started a CJ! but you should remember one thing: the pictures on Simtropolis should be 800x600 pixels not 1024 OK?

And don't you think that it is strange to have such tall building in such small town?

nah its ok your a first timer. thats what happens with first timers.

firstly hes right. make your city bigger before you get buildings in their.

secondly before you make any cj's you MUST or its advisable to look at heaps of other cj's to get an idea of what its like to make one and ideas on making a city and

on how to zoned and set up your city.

you have alot of work to do buddy but i hope you get there.

Nice start, classic style of city, but it seems to be promising in the future.

He is definetly right. Once you get the hang of all that, you'll have a very good cj! You should look at cjs like the ones on my signature (greater terran region, paradise falls etc etc) to get a good concrete idea on how to zone and lay everything out.
