Crashes to desktop upon startup (after bridge screen)

The first time I launched SC4: Deluxe it worked. Then when I saved and quit, I installed NAM, RHW, and HSRP in the My Documents\SimCity4\Plugins , fired it up again, then after the bridge screen, I hear an error sound and it crashes, but no error. I removed the plugins, but again. I tried reinstall, but it said something about SimCity 4.exe <Retry> <Cancel> Hitting retry over and over again didn't do anything. I tried moving SimCity 4.exe from Maxis\SimCity Deluxe, but an error said I can't move it or delete it. So i installed it in Maxis\SimCity 4 Deluxe2. Tried again, crash. Installed patch, crash. Help me please.

You probably need to install the game update patch before you use the mods.

Yeah. ake1624, you're not using the latest version. The latest version is 1.1.640.0. You can find every patch you'll need here.
