Biggest Structures in the Game

Some of the largest structures I have no problem attracting to my cities - like the Ong Condos and Byall Tower (or am I mistaken -  are there larger R$$$ structures?).  With some luck and effort, van Prooijen Trading, Lind Entertainment, Cahalane Communications, McClellan Inc, and Fisk Insurance will appear.

However, I have only seen Hamster Tenements three times in all of the years I have played SC4, and they have only appeared when my city was brand new (one of them was quickly replaced by McCormick Place - ugh).  Project Bootstrap also seems to only be built when my city is new.  Furthermore, the largest R$$ structure I have ever obtained is the Zaidi Apartments, and those are still fairly infrequent (it seems like there should be a R$$ structure larger than Zaidi Apartments).

Is there any R$$ structure larger than Zaidi Apartments?  Is there anything even bigger I have missed?  How can I attract more R$ structures the size of Hamster Tenements or Project Bootstrap?  Even with demand to the max, these structures rarely or never appear.

If all these names have you lost, I can post pics if necessary.

You have to have slummy areas. Even if your demand for low wealth housing is high, they won't build unless you give them an area to build; namely ones near heavy traffic areas, with no health or education coverage, hardly any police coverage, little-to-no water supply, and no parks or recreational places.

Then, you have to make sure you have enough jobs to suit them; if all you have in your region is high-tech industry and commercial towers, you probably won't get too many tenement buildings 2.gif. Hopefully by doing all of the above will entice those housing projects to grow.

    Hello jakealake18,

You might want to check out the CAM (Collosal Addon Mod) discussion threads over on SC4Devotion?
