EDIT: Oh, FAR is a new thing from NAM, it's curved road pieces, if you downloaded the latest NAM, and go through the road puzzle pieces in the roads menu, you'll find it last by pressing the TAB key.

Here's an example of a mod that puts textures to them:

https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/index.cfm?id=20488 If you use the 90 degree pieces, you can make a perfect circle around your island, I see you're already using them in other parts of your city though
