Heavy industry

I want buid a city with only heavy and dirty industry, and very small commercial. What i must do for it?

believe me you don not want dirty industry in you city. there is so much pollution out of it

Invent nothing in education and most of your industry will be dirty and manufacturing. I build a city called Lake Acid around this lake because my goal was to turn the lake black with pollution. Just ignore education and there ya go.

Lower the taxes on dirty industry, and rasie them on the other industries.  To control the commercial use the same method.

I know it. And i like it very much. I want buid really heavy industry city. Some times i think that it wiil be like my city, where i live, in XX centery. I don't like commercial officies. I think that they are capitalistic dirty. I want buid city of proletariat!
