Unwanted Green Water

I noticed in one of my cities that there was green water. I do not know why it has happened but I would rather keep my regular water which is the Realistic Water v1 modd by Joerg and Teirusu.
I just recently downloaded a terrain modd to allow me to have arctic terrain. The odd thing is that this was my only city to have green water. I have no fog modds.

What artic mod did you try? Also, are you saying that the water in other cities with this mod working is the normal color? I didn't see the Realistic Water v1 modd by Joerg and Teirusu in your plugins.

The arctic mod is in the folder that says "terrain mods".

Yes that is correct. It is only this city tile.

My water plugin is unviewable in this picture because I only took a picture of the latest downloads.

I re loaded the city a few times and it would go back to blue but then after a second try it would go back to green.

Odd that it only occurs in one city - perhaps a glitch with that particular city file. I tried duplicating your terrain mod setup in a test city and never got the green water. 

Something to try... If you want to use the Realistic Water Mod, you might try placing it in a folder with the name starting with 'zzz' so that it loads last and see if that helps.

Hmmm, Its fairly random so it doestn't look pernament.

I'll probably just play it like it is. It doesnt have a city in it. Just my RHW.
