Hey Guyz
Can Some1 help me I really need to creat an flat-ground highway(not the elevated thing). How can I do that. Do I need any NAM or something?

Hi, there is a flat highway in the game ( in the same menu as the elevated one) or you can download the rural higway from simtropolis ( it's added to the newest NAM) By the way welcome to the Simtropolis!!!

If you have the deluxe version of SC4 (or Rush Hour) then there is the ground highway. It should be in your highway menu with the elvated one. While its on the ground, it isnt 100% flat. (there are still concrete barriers and it is slightly off the ground) The only highway that is 100% flat is the RHW. To use the RHW you need the NAM.  Below are links to each
