Help with downloads

I've installed SC4 deluxe on my new computer (Vista) after the old one blew up. I then went to the SC4 site to download some lots from the exchange + some from the front page. Everything seemed to download ok (in the plugins file). But when I started the game the lots from the front page were there but all of the ones I got from the exchange page are nowhere to be found. Is this a Windows Vista thing or am I missing something. I never had this problem on my old computer. Thanks for any help.

I'm not sure though i think if you put the folder in a public map vista don't recognises the game . put it in the prgram fgiles folder and it might work Jerbod

Its not vista. Most likely the lots you downloaded from the SimCity.ea.com site don't work. The ones on the front page work bcause they are by Maxis. Download stuff from the ST-Exchange. Then take a look at my STEX Guide for more info.
