I have a toll booth which I use to charge to cross a bridge that is at full capacity, I was wondering what I should do to lower the usage of this toll booth. Build another bridge? Build another toll booth?  I have the toll booth modd installed.  thanx!

You could build another bridge, but I would recommend that you encourage sims to use mass transit. Subways or ferries should work fine.

How does one encourage sims to use public transport?

I'd say to use these Rural Parking Lots near mass transit:

This way, you can get sims to use that park-and-ride system, without those big multi-level parking lots.

Yep, you will find that if the Sim's only way to work is over a tolled bridge then some R$s will definitely move. Over time you can encorage the rest of your population to do the same, however R$$$s prefer their own luxurious cars, so don't go flat out getting them to join in.
