Help!!

Ok, so after downloading WIN rar to get all my RAR files from a Korean site. I don't know what happened but I guess I downloaded something funky and it turned all my sidewalks a different color and changed my streets to cobblestone:

So if anyone knows anything please post. I removed all my RAR files and the textures still remained. So is this a common mod or something? Please help! Anyone!!!!

Edit:I also removed some loose DATS and re-installed the NAM, both thing didn't work. I need help ASAP!!!

The only way to remove a problem like this is to find the lot causing the problem.. no one else will likely be able to do it for you... You have to methodically remove your custom (plugin) lots until you reverse the changes.. perhaps take half out, if changed half again, etc ..

SOME poorly designed (or at least unexpected) mod's OVERWRITE your SC4 files.. normally this is warned prominently in the docs, but if you didn't read the read-me's its likely you wouldn't see this.. If you did that, you MAY be able to solve it by recopying from the install CD the .dat files and overwrite your SC4 install directory.. otherwise a remove and re-install in likely the only solution.

Downloading a bunch of mods/custom lots all at one time and putting them in your folder is far and away the most common way people screw up their cities and their SC4 installations.
