Looking for this Canal

I am looking for this canal set the user used inthis youtube video below. I have found one that seems like thats the one he used but only thing is that the one I found says its "narrow" while his look bigger. The youtube user said its a set made by simgoober and this is the only one I found similar to the set he used. The first canal set shown in the first video is Oppie's set. They can be found here. There are also some addons and expansions that can be found on SimCity Central. The second set in the video does show SimGoober's. His works can be found at SC4 Devotion if you can't find it on the STEX. Both of the other sites require registering to download. Hope this helps.
