SCS doesn't work

Just recently bought Simcity Box and installed SCS & SCS: Destinations and it did work before but not anymore. it's about the 5th or 6th time starting the program and it will freeze during loading it will freeze when it says "painting terrain" while loading map, crash to desktop during loading map, or it will freeze as soon as the map loads and do nothing. The news bar at the bottom of the screen will move (slowly) but the screen is bright, there is no box on the mini-map to indicate where I am on the map or no way to move. Call me crazy but even though it's unstable, I rather enjoy the gameplay and it gives me something to do when I'm bored so I just want help so I can play it again. (BTW I am on Vista Home Premium 32 bit with 2.00 GB of RAM, ATI Radeon 5600 Pro.)

have you tried updating you graphic drivers?

Yes but nothin, it still does the same thing, crashes or freezes.

It froze on me. I did the graphic card update and it worked but then it kept crashing.
