Some questions about (missing?) Rush Hour game features

I recently installed SimCity 4 and the Rush Hour expansion on my new computer after not playing the game for probably two and a half to three years (the installation on my old computer has since been lost to a few hard drive crashes and wipes).  There seems to be, according to what I remember about playing this game, a few things missing.  That is, unless I'm mistakenly remembering features from SimCity 3000.

 I remember that in the Rush Hour expansion they added the feature of letting you choose which building set (Houston, European, etc.) you wanted your city to use, but I remember there also being an Asian option, and there isn't one.  Does anyone know if there is some update or plugin or whatever that makes this available?  If not, am I just remembering the building sets from 3000?  Because I know in that game there was an Asian option, but I thought there was also one in SimCity 4.  Also, under God Mode, I remember being able to choose what type (like tropical, evergreen, etc.) of plant or tree I wanted to put into my landscape, and now there's only one kind.  Is this also something I have mixed up in my mind with a feature from SimCity 3000?

You are mixing up with SimCity 3000: Unlimited with SimCity 4: Rush Hour on both accounts.

You can download many new trees from the STEX. Just search "Peg" or "Cycledogg".
