That's his signature, you're not supposed to reply to that...

As for your airport, DON'T USE IT! Get the RMIP, there's no point in using such an unrealistic eyesore as the Maxis airports, let alone if you have a CJ.

when an airport is nearly at full capacity the transport adviser asks if you wanna upgrade -increasing the capacity

that's why the airports are listed as "small" in the menu

rmip is a modular airport download thing, you can use it to make realistic airports

Don't you also need to have a certian amount of commercial for it to expand, or is that untrue?

Yes, the airport is used to raise growth limits on commercial buildings. When that new limit is reached, you will be offered an airport expansion, which raises the limit further.

Just to clarify... these "Limits" are called "caps". You will probably see the term caps more than limits.

They are incredibly simple, they are a limit of how much growth you can have of a certain zone (linked very closely with demand). Different things will raise (or lower) different caps. A small playground will raise a residential cap. Whereas a plaza will raise commercial caps.

Caps are really quite simple once you have gotten your head round the concept... (BP took a long time to get their heads round how a cap works :-P)
