Capacity and speeds for avenues and one way roads.

Does anyone know what the vanilla capacity is for avenues and one way roads? Pretty much all the information I've been able to find is either general (ie, avenues have more capacity than roads and less than highways, but not how much) or only gives values for non Rush Hour features.

If anyone could point me in the right direction, that would be really helpful. I'm presently debating the value of avenues versus parallel one way roads and this would really help.
