how to take region shot

hi, i wonder how to take the region shot, when i see a big nice region shot, i would like to have one myself, but it seems i couldnot find the way to take the region shot, and the region view is not changable in levels, does all those nice region shot all ps or there is a way just i dont know?

Look at the buttons at the top of the screen. Click on the one with the three dots. In there is the camera tool.

If you are wanting to get an image of the entire region, you could try the Region Census program. It will show an image of the entire region. It is available at SC4 Devotion. You will need to register on the LEX to download it. Hope this helps...
