Problem uploading files into game. PLEASE HELP!

Does anyone know why, when I download the files, and put them into a folder, it says that I cant play the game any more. It says stuff like files changed, error cannot start game. also, how do you upload files the right way.

coastermusic93... Welcome

Where are you placing the downloaded files? Have you unzipped them? After unzipping the downloaded files, you place them in the My Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins folder. You may want to check this thread for more info.
