Road top mass transit not working

I have a city of 1.3 million with and 500,000 commercial pop. I have subway/bus stop road top mass transit on avenues all over the city. The subways are all connected with the subway rail but not one sim is using the damn subway! they use the busses but not the subway. I honestly must have a hundred well placed stops. Ive never seen a problem like this before. Anyone have any ideas?

You don't seem to be the only one... Might want to check this thread (last four or five posts) to see where we are in the process (if you are using Cogeo's RTMT)... 

Couple things to try...

Replace the combo lots with individual bus stops and sub stops (Just to see if it is the combo lots given you a problem).

Run a single subway track piece from the sides of the combo station lots (Sit back and see what happens.)
