Retaining wall and terraforming tools

Does anyone know where i can download the retaining wall and the terraforming tools from the pictures below ?

Hole Digger Lots are here. I think the walls were created by Mas71. He is a Japanese Batter who releases his work on SC4 Devotion. Might check the LEX there (you'll need to be registered). Hope this helps...

Amitz...

First, use the Hole Digger lots to be sure your terrain is at the correct depth. Then use the NAM (yes, it is required) pieces in the Transportation Menu. Take a look here.
