I changed my visual setting to low in the game then saved and left the city.  When I came back the city wont load.  Region shows up all the other cities work.  Ive moved the city by importing, copied it  into in the download folder so far nothing works.   Its my main city and im not too please if anyone can help, you may save a life.

What do you mean?

What does the game do when you open the 'problem' city. Does it crash or give you a flat green terrain?

I imagine you also tried changing the settings back to where they originally were?

If you have a backup of the region/city, maybe you cold try restoring from that?

Is there anything else that may have changed? i.e. graphics drivers.

nothing else changed. Ive changed everything back to the way it was and it still crashes everytime. No matter what I change the setting to I can still open all my other cities .

    Hmm.

I've seen things like this occur before. SC4 cities (and sometimes SC4 completely) will just keel over for no apparent reason.

Try removing all of your plugins and then seeing if you can load the city. If it loads, it's something you downloaded that's the culprit. If that doesn't work, I would just recommend you back up your plugins, region and/or city and reinstall SimCity and see if that does the trick.
