roads can't cross rail? ...NETWORK ADDON!?!

so, yeah.  i installed the latest version of Network Addon and now i can't build a road across a railroad track.  nor can i build an venue or street across a railroad.

after uninstalling the Network Addon modpack, i CAN now build across rail.

i'm bummed that i can't use the modpack because it seems to have a bunch of useful tools.

as for other modpacks installed, i don't have a whole lot that directly relates to transit except for the mods that put bus stops and subway stops on the road (though i haven't used it).

i hope someone can help me.  maybe this problem has been brought up before??  if so, i apologize for wasting space on the forum.

please help or direct me to somewhere that i can find answers.

(by the way, i uninstalled the pack, then re-installed the pack with different options, but still the same problem...)

If you are having problems with the Network Addon Mod (NAM) - then you should probably find the NAM support thread, see if it mentions you problem - and if not - then (for a quicker response) try posting in that thread.
