Strange Non-Gameplay Action/Crash

Heres the thing.

Yesterday i downloaded and Installed 2 Mods

- The Artic Snowcaped Mod

                  and

- Italia Terrain Mod.

Also I downloaded an put on the JRJ Maxis Rock Textures V1.

Until that point, there was no trouble at all. But when i started the game and clicked on a city, the game took forever to load and it crashed on to my desktop.

There was no erro file or Fatal error. Just the old Boring crash to desktop.

I Tried several times to work on other regions and Cities, but the results are the same.

I'm pretty close to unistalling the game and re-intalling it.

Is there another way to fix this ?

When you installed the Italian terrain mod (assuming you mean cycledogg's) did you also install the two required files CPT_No3 TerrainTextures and CPT_No4 TerrainTextures? These are listed as dependencies and if not installed, the game will crash. Also, I don't think the Artic Snowcaped Mod is compatable with this mod. Might need to choose between the two.

Ok... I will try to do that. But that really didn't help with the question.

If i un-install the game, will these mods go away?
