Cant get a couple mods to work

Ok 1st i downloaded the Super Nuclear and second it the round about and curved road..Now do i put those in the plugins folder or modd folder..I made a folder for modds but i spelled it mod...not sure if that will be a diffrence..

After downloading and unzipping the files, all custom content needs tp be placed in the Plugins folder. There are actually two - one in C:\My Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins and the other in C:\Program Files\Maxis\SimCity 4\Plugins. The first is where most downloads should go. You can make other folders in the Plugins folder for better organization if you want. but be careful with things that need to be loaded in a certain order. You can check this out for more info.
