commute time and demand...

ok... i just wanna know what i can do for this... my buildings keep getting abandoned due to commute i have plenty of transport and subways almost every block and commercial not too far away and i don't know what to do... also

what is the whole demand thing... so the higher the demand the more buildings and the easier to get buildings or is that just demand for new zones??

yea i know but thats just about what i have u see maybe its the industrial that i have away from my city but that they go far away for but i have that 1 or 2 of my blocks are residential the next 2 are comercial or something and its still like that and i have lots of highways and avenues etc.

But i've got plety of help. Read Some Tutorials and you'll find everything i said.

BTW ( off Topic) - Manubeas, i'm a BIG fan of your Minru islands CJ. I really Love it

fabsies55: If i can give you and advice. Start Building your cities closer to the corner ( if you can ). For more development, you really need city connections.

Try building a Bus station close to a Subway station. That way, your Sims have to use Both, therefor Time is reduced.

Or if you have the money, Buy Jets for every Sims in your City

oh thse tutorials....no wonder y i skipped half of them but... uno whats stupid... the making money tutorial they tell u everything but the fact that the coal power plant is worse than the natural gas lol??

Fabsies55: I give you the best Luck i can Give. I'm also trying to make my own CJ.

One tip Though. on the Start of a City, Use Wind Poer Plants. Only when you get 30.000+ Sims its advisable to trade from Wind to Solar/Nuclear or other ways.

lol i use money whatever u call it parks or whatever from st i dont excactly abide by the rules...why?.... cause im bad at it and i always go bankrupt cause im impatient lol but yea uno what santos lol i do that too... i put subway and bus or actually i use the ninja buolevard thing and it has both lol... i even have monorail. but its ok ill just continue on.

If your in trouble for money, you can always use a "cheat BAT". Go to Youtube and search Money Tree!

There is a video of a guy tht uses that tree to have 4 TRILLION SIMOLEONS EVERY MONTH!

I Think you can download it on the original Sim City Site on EA.
