  have Somy's LNG installed. It seems to work but there is a dependency file missing apparently and I can't seem to find any link to it (tried redownloading the file to no success).

He probably removed all of the plugins from his plugins folder and then loaded up one of his cities.

TV-VCR already said it, that what you probably did, you'll have to get the plugins back or remove one by one...

I wonder what this gives you.

You gotta look in the readme to check the dependencies.

Nobody can guess what dependencies are missing if the lots are just blocked by the brown boxes.
