CTD while loading Region

Ok, so I just got a new computer, and installed SC4 on it. SC4 seems to run fine, but when I load a custom region from the STEX, after about 3 or 4 Tiles, the game minimizes, and I can't get it back up, In the Task Manager, it registers as Not Responding. Any Ideas Why and what to do?

My Comp Specs are:

Intel 3.2 Celeron GHz Processor

Asus Motherboard

2 GB of Ram

No Graphics Card, Running off the Motherboard's Chip.

2 Hard Drives

I did Copy the Plugins File from the Older Hard drive to the new one, so I could have them...Would that affect anything?

Copying the plugins won't make a difference, but I don't know what you mean about loading a region. Do you mean rendering a region?

By Loading a region, I mean going In-Game, and pressing ALT-CTRL- R or whatever it is, and Selecting the picture and rendering it.

Also, I did add this game to my Steam Games list, so I could use the In-Game Chat, could that cause a problem?

The rendering interruption is usually caused by a program running in the background, when you render a region it is best not to use any other programs.

I guess my Rainlender must be screwing it up...We'll see...
