When I got out of high school I was fortunate enough to move to the beach and live a life next to the shore. I'll be devoting some time in recreating this and have currently completed 3 cities in the region... currently all i can offer is this teaser.... the roundabout i've been hearing city council talking about and the free way headed to san luis and cayucos

Updated to include my house (the mayor's house) as you can see many of the homes around me are beach homes and rentals... not too many people kinda like a ghost town (except it will be packed for the forth)

Also included is my overall view i am going to attempt to bring to life.... Highway 101 , Cayucos, Morro Bay, Los Osos, Cuesta College and the Military base all included in this view. Also laguna lake area of san luis and Morro Rock... I'll try to get around and take pictures also

Well you havent given me much to comment on

quite frankly. But what you do have is really cool looking.

I like the interchange. I could never figure out how to

do that whole thing with the custom stuff....ever lol.

Looks good!

I live in Camarillo 4.gif

Where in SLO Do you live. I have friends in Santa Maria, S.L.O, Paso, and Atascadero so I know that area well!

Good Luck!

You have some pics so far, I would recommend to use Imageshack.com or photobucket.com. Just make sure you convert them to JPEG's. But nice CJ so far.

It would be nice to put pics 800x600 and not thumbnails, it's not easy to clic each time to see the pictures.

For my next update i'm going to try and have the map filled and begin my journal... so all know i'm doing this with rural highways, nam with perfect pathfinding some street mod, no cheat codes... when i run out of cash i play the side games and get more money (thanks to tank mod plugin)

tigerplayer91: I just kinda wanted to claim dibs on SLO county... expect more in the future...

TheSixCents: I'm from cayucos ca... google maps just updated their servers... awsome view (i'm fibbing a bit with my roads)

anarchy0029: I'm going to register right away... now, should i change my in-game settings to 800x600 for taking pictures... or convert the pictures i take to 800x600... because i was thinking of changing my in-game resolution to fit my 22" monitor...??

Twenty20: Thank you. this is the tip of the iceburg.

jjune4991: trouble with the mountains?? i can't wait to show you updates... i've been planning for a streets of sim city game for sim city 4... or at least a simcopter... wouldn't that be awesome....

You'll need to reduce the picture size to 800x600 to meet site rules.

I like what you've got going here. Morro Rock really stands out, and it looks like SLO is coming along well. I can't wait to see your presentation of Cal Poly, since that's one of the colleges I'm thinking about applying to this fall.

One suggestion: perhaps you could invest in a terrain mod to give it a little more flavor. Other than that this looks like a great start to your recreation!
