Maxis Default building blocker?

I have looked everywhere for some kind of mod I can throw in at random times to block the maxis buildings from, well, building.

This is so my asian-y custom content will be the only thing showing....

So, if there is such a thing, which I've heard there is: Where do I find it? And also, do the maxis buildings still 'grow' and take up space but not show?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can either search the STEX with this phrase:

block all maxis buildings by dusktrooper

I dont' know what the CAM is....but I have the NAM....but I don't think that is what you are talking about....
