Problem with water texture

I'd like to know if someone can understand why this happens: Whenever I put any underwater lot (beach, underwater cable kit --- like in this image, etc.) the water texture is messed up.

I have the Brigantite water texture modd from Pegasus installed, and as I mentioned, in the picture shown you can see that the underwater electric cables create a funny effect on the water surface.

Is it the order of the plugins, or something else? Please help!

Its the water tile bug by the looks. This happens with beach type lots that either have transitional tiles, or have transparent overlays and are placed in water.

Try switching to underground view and back to above ground view again. Also try exiting your city, without save and re-entering. The bug often appears after a save.
