Does DatGen exist anymore?

Um... yes, the title explains most of it. I was just wondering if there was a new version of DatGen, or perhaps I've just been too oblivious. Could someone point me in the right direction?

The last I heard of DatGen - the author had taken it over to Modding The Sims 2 site - and was updating it for the Sims 2.

Should DarkMatter see this thread - maybe he could give a better reply?

They gave up the project a year or two ago. I don't know if SimPE will open a SimCity package.
