Mega Man 9?

Yeah, I've know about this for days now. You don't get the smile put credit.

But in any case, most fans at the online communities are rather skeptical, considering there is no mention of a Rockman 9 or anything, and the games always come out in Japan first, America second, and Australia/Europe third. So why Australia would have a rating before any mention of it at all has been made in Japan? It's rather suspicious and so this is really little more than a rumor at this point.

But hey, you never know.

Well, I'm sure Duke knows all about Mega Man 9 by now... but for those not informed, look.

Yes, that is Mega Man 9 in all its 8-bit glory.  I feel like it's 1989 all over again.

    To a degree, yes.

But this game is different. The key here is really a matter of strategy. They've built a lot of places into stages, particularly the fortress levels, where using your special weapons will make your life easier.

And those beat whistles and shock guards were made to be abused. 31.gif

Anyways, you beat it yet? I did.

As usual, it's a lot easier the second time through.

I haven't gotten it yet, but Game Informer's Matt Miller uses "blistering difficulty" as a phrase to describe it.
