Road pavement texture....

Ummmm, anyone know how to change the texture of the pavements/sidewalks of the roads in simcity4??????

Also whilst i'm at it.... anyone know how to get curved track for the railways?

With his tutorial it can be done faster in some ways so you might want to 

check that one first,but check mine aswell.
