Missing Bases?

A few of my buildings are missing their bases, one of them is ploppable, the rest of them are grown into my city. I think most of them come from various buildings of bixel's residential packs. Why is this happening and is there any way to fix it? Thanks.

Click for bigger pictures; these are from the same city:

The ones in this picture aren't ploppable buildings, they can only be grown into the city.

And these two (the ones by the avenue/road intersection; and the white one on the far right) are missing lots, you can see the terrain.

(This is the city I'm workin on now, 320k and growing).

I'm 99% sure that this is because you're missing some dependencies...check the buildings readme files, see if you missed some...

According to the readme files, there are no dependencies (they're by Bixel, so usually there aren't dependencies). Like for the buildings on the top picture, the readme file says this:

    "Introduction / Overview

My 3rd HK Residential Tower Pack!! Feel free to mod and lot yourself...if you upload credit me for the model. 2 Buildings featured here are actual buildings in Hong Kong, Ho Man Fung and Grand Villa.

    Dependencies

    NONE!!!"

Hrmm....this is very odd. I loaded up the Meng Hoi lot (the 1x1 gray tower in the pic you provided) in iLive reader and it doesn't show any dependencies. My only other suggestion would be to load that LOT in the LotEditor and see if it is still missing the ground texture. If it is, just put one there and save it. Weird stuff does seem to happen in the SC4 game - i think it has something to do on how it manages its content structures. I've also seen props that show up in the LE but not in the game and vice versa.

    I love coffee and buildings.

Is there a newer version of Lot Editor out there? Apparently I dunno where to get the lot editor (simcity4 site hates me... I registered when I got simcity 4 almost five years ago back when i had AOL (dial up... man, hard to believe) and my email account there has been emptied out, and I don't remember the password or the username 15.gif

I got another version somewhere online but it won't load some of the stuff like meng hoi or ho man fung.
