Noo! not the hospitals& schools!

Ive got a bit of a problem:

I had an excellent health and education system, however. After rezoning my industry, moving them to my port and adding somewhat more C-zone, some parts of my city now "refuse" to have good schooling and healthcare, i've placed some facilities almost right next to that neighbourhoods in the hope it would improve. As you can guess, it wouldnt...

The weird thing is, when I check some houses for their individual stats(mostly R$$$ or R$$), it says its good with healthcare and schooling... which I fing weird, because it says on the stats it's bad.

Can you guys help me with solving this, it's really starting to annoy me

Well all in simcity you need a lot of time.Wait more years and see it again.Use leopard velocity(ctrl + 3) to your game go more fast.

actually it looks fine to me. not every sim is gonna be green with health. i dont really go by that map except to make sure all the RES is covered.

use the data one and see how long they are living. that means more i think.
