Can you change a region's name?

Go to your Region folder and find the region.ini... Rename the .ini the new name you want the region to be!! I hope this helps!!

You could also make a new region with the name you want, delete all files in it, then move the other files in the other region folder into the new one.

GreyStreak has a good point: If you make a new folder, you have a backup of the existing region in case something goes wrong with it......

The in-game-region-name is on a line in the region.ini - please don't rename the .ini file!

If SimCity4 is NOT running - you can (for your - the user's - own benefit) rename the folder too;

but the in-game-region-name is in the/a region.ini file.
