Region Rendering Help

I am attempting to render a region right now and for some reason every large map section of the region is bugged in the region view.  Picture below:

When i go into the city the blue lines aren't actually there, it's only in the region view that it's bugged.  Does anyone know how to fix this?  It's really annoying not being able to have any large cities.

It's a known bug with SC4, it happens when you render at a resolution of 1600x1200 or higher. Render the region using a lower resolution, then you can go back to using the higher resolution.

How do you render in lower resolution? ie How/Where do you set the resolution for rendering? All I usually do is press " Ctrl + Alt + Shift + r ". I've also had inconsistent renderings sometimes where some city tiles fail to render and remain flat, green, terrain.

I've also noticed that the city tile size has changed recently. Is the config file messed up?

The resolution I refered to is for the game, and the setting is found in the game options.

As for the other questions, the Mapping Community forum would be a better place to find the answers.
