HI dont know if this is the space for this but here goes

Im having with a few things

1 having probs with GDVs palm trees I have moved them from App to Doc And still get little boxes tied up with string    Help Please

2 finding it hard to get the seasonal trees zip for mac off Pegs site where do i go Please Help

Sorry about this  Im new to computers and only used a mac

All help will be greatly appreciated

You need to un-zip the files and place them inside the plugins folder. Found in your simcity 4 folder.

With the palm trees you need to make sure that you have any of the additional downloads that are needed to use the file, these are called dependencies. Go back to where you found them and it should tell you if you need any more files.

found these if thats what you want. if it isn't then give us some more detail on what the file is called.

      Im still having probs with GDV Mayor Mode Tropical Tree Set it said it has no dependencies.

    But for now thanks again off for a play and c how i go

    Hello mon7,

    In GDV's Mayor Mode Tropical Tree Set - each tree needs two files to work - the ...dat file and the ...SC4Model file.  As these .SC4Model files were included in the .zip file - they weren't listed as dependancies - but they are still required for the trees to show up properly.

    The .jpg and .txt files are just for your viewing pleasure and don't need to be placed into the plugins folder.

    The "gift-boxes" normally mean a missing dependancy file - in this case I suspect that you didn't place the associated .SC4Model file into your plugins folder.

    No detail is too small to be micromanaged.
