@jugioh1012: The traffic is probably from a traffic generator. These are discreet lots that generate traffic at random. Search the STEX for "Traffic Generators" if you have the Euro Car mod, try the Euro Car Generator. It looks cool. Everything European looks cool. =)

I'll post my new ghetto soon, but trouble is I keep getting r$$ and r$$$ moving in even though I'm using lots of NIMBY lots, there is a bunch of pollution, no schools or hospitals in the area and a huge r$ demand.

that is the SFBT street tree add-on mod. search the STEX for SFBT and u should come up with it. it looks fantastic in a nice rural setting.
