help with smooth curves

This is my first time posting in the forum, and I have scanned a lot of the forums & posts diligently before asking this question, but I need help.  I am trying to use the smooth curves mod, but I cannot seem to get it to work, I am kind of at a loss....any help??  I have read a few posts that say "puzzle pieces"...I have them, but they are only the filler textures..like the side walk and such..no actual 45o degree curve or anything....argggh!

you need to press the "Tab" button to change the puzzle pieces.

Those lots were designed because the puzzle pieces aren't textured..meaning you have to plop the actual puzzle piece then use the corressponding textured lot.

thank you for the help guys..and thank you for the welcome  My argghh...has turned into AHHHH  But I have to tell you, I have been looking and looking for those damn puzzle pieces...and they were in my system the entire time.  I feel like I take the short bus to school with a helmet on right now.  Thanks Again all
