 Following on from my first UK bungelow Bat (uploaded to the Stex recently) I thought that I would show some pictures of my latest work in progress. Here I will show pictures of my work close to completion, (ie very little changes to be made unless I like a paticular suggestion from someone). 

The main problem I have as with all batters is lack of time, so expect long pauses between updates and uploads. Why is it called UK housing project?  Well time allowing I have a series of UK Semi-Detatched houses I'm working on that will also be uploaded and who knows what other UK housing will follow.

Anyway without further ramblings some pictures.

Looking good. I especially like the conservatory! You have to have a conservatory in the uk 'burbs. You really haven't made it in life until you have one!

They look brilliant. Perfect for any British city. Please make sure you use lot families when lotting to keep up variety because sometimes you can lose realism with a trampoline in every garden.

psander5   I know what you mean about Conservatories in the UK. I havn't made it yet I don't have one lol...

jayo      Thanks for the encouragement. I have been working hard on my textures to try and get them to look good. The roof texture came from Simfox and I use it all the time.

Jayo   I would be more than pleased for you to do some Lotting of my Bats. I have been following your lotting work and to be honest I was thinking of approaching you.Lol.... Full credit wiil of course be given in the uploads. 

   I have some UK Semi-detatched houses in the pipeline that need finishing off. Give me a couple of days and I will PM you with the details.

Uk bungelow 3 -  25 Long Meadows is now re-lotted after I messed-up the files and ready to upload to the Stex (when it's fixed it doesn't seem to be working right? )




   Work is nearing completion of my first Uk semi detatched bungelow, just a few odds and ends to finish and the lotting to do.

   This is a request by edcase2k4-thugangel1983 who provided some useful photographs on his web site .  Seem as if it fits into my Uk theme very well I have worked on this first and I will return to Detatched Bungelow 4 shown earlier on completion of this.

Stafford Avenue   Semi detached bungelow no 1. (Phew how do I manage to keep track of these?....lol)




 I'm quite pleased with this so far as I normally shy away from doing buildings in white as it's so hard to get the textures right.
