Sound effects with custom queries

A while back, Pegasus created a tutorial on adding sound effects to custom queries.  However, it seems that the two files Peg included in the post to help with them have been eaten by the forum monster - perchance does anyone have those two files that were originally attached to this post at https://www.simtropolis.com/forum/messageview.cfm?catid=42&threadid=49433 , or is there another tutorial or different method of doing this?

I'm looking for these two TRK files too, since i wanted to give one of my churches a custom sound. Does anyone still have these files, or know where the files can still be downloaded?

I guess I have them somewhere on my HD, but you don't really need those two, since you can copy them from an existing DAT file as well and simply edit the IDs, as it is described in the tutorial.
