Well it's all in the topic summary. This is just like the "homeandaways' CJs" topic. This is where we discuss my CJs. As you know, summer is in 3 weeks! You should also know that my CJ, Tropical Portuario, is on its last legs (for now), so guess what that means... I need a new CJ for the summer! I am also having trouble picking one for the summer. So.... You, The Simtropians will pick it for me! I will give you info about each CJ and I will tally up the polls at the end of 3 weeks. 

So here are the CJs:

Andrewtropian Republic of Planets: Pretty similar to the CJ, The Planets by: football_fever, it's about me building a powerful, republic / empire in space. It may even include a war with... well.. you will find out if it happens.

Melo: An ancient city in the desert, that soon grows into a metropolian city. Here's an overview of Melo:


Sim Nation: This is the most recognizable name in Sim City, that might be a CJ on Simtropolis. This will have the construction of cities like Sim City (itself) and Simtropolis (itself). The SimNation is an island shaped like Greenland, without the ice or snow. Here's a pic of the SIm Nation:


San Francisco: The name itself is self explainatory. It is a try to rebuild the legendary city itself, San Francisco.

Messina: A city based on the strait between Italy and Sicily, Messina. This city takes place in Medieval times to a more modern age. Where will history take us? You will find out if this is picked as the CJ. Here it is:



Other: Don't like the choices? Send in your ideas and I'll see if I can make them.

New York City: I knew something was missing so another recreation CJ.

Andrewtropian Republic of Planets for me. I've never seen a desert cj before (i'm sure i could find one if i looked a bit) The landscape looks good, and i'd be interested in seeing how you adapt the game content to the desert mod. It's one of the main things that deters me from using either the desert or snow textures.

The pictures are still the same size as before, I'm afraid. I would resize them in something like photoshop, and then just re-upload them to photobucket.

If they are not fixed now, than it is just your computer.
I checked and all my pics were under 800 x 600. Now they are about 650 x 550 (Just a guess)

Boy, this desert metropolis phase that swept over Simtropolis several months ago just doesn't seem to want to go away! Personally, I'd love to see Messina. To see a city in medieval times would be awesome!
