SimCity 4 Deluxe isn't working anymore.

I could go through the intro and and look at regions, but while I load a city, the game just exits on its own. 

Did anyone have the same problem?

You have a plugins conflict or the city has something in it that you have removed from the plugins.. most likely the former.. and the only way to find it is pull out plugins (I'd suggest 1/2 at first, the 1/4 etc til you find it) until you find the culprit..
