  • 1 tbsp cocoa,
  • 1/2 tbsp instant coffee,
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar and
  • 1 tbsp powdered milk
  • dissolved in 8 oz. boiling water.

Thanks, Jackie.  I am feeling great.  It is very late since I have been watching the games, and I am waiting to see a show that is on at 2 a.m.  I need an eye-opener (even the dogs have gone to bed) so how about a nice espresso, full crema, and some biscotti to nibble?

Not recently, I hope she's OK...

She hasn't been on ST since the 19th of February. This is a bit worrying.

To search for the ideal city today is useless. For all cities are different. Each one has its own spirit, its own problems, and its own pattern of life. As long as the city lives, these aspects continue to change. Thus to look for the ideal city is not only a waste of time but may be seriously detrimental. In fact, the concept is obsolete; there is no such thing.

We have received word from Jacky, she was a bit sick for a while and is rebuilding her computer. Hopefully she will be back on ST soon.

    Well, I don't eat fresh kosher sours except with Montreal smoked meat sandwiches and I am currently out of bread.  The tea was good.  Can I have a chopped egg sandwich and a coffee, please.  It is after lunch, but I feel like a snack.
