Please Help-Changing Picture's type

Hey! I need to upload a few pictures so I can add them to my CJ and what not, and I use PIXresizer. But whenever I try to change the picture, the application shuts down.
Does anyone know of another way to change my picture's type to .jpg? It would be greatly appreciated

Turns out, neither of those succesfully dowload onto my computer. Any other easily dowloadable pic type changer things?

Hmm...something's wrong with your computer if neither of those will work...Gimp works fine for me. Id try again, maybe with Firefox if you tried with Internet Explorer.
