TerraFormer for Vista?

Is it possible to run TerraFormer on Vista?

I downloaded the file and after unzipping realized there was no icon enabling me to actually run the program.  I really want to use some regions other than the 5 that Maxis provides, but am having a very hard time figuring this out.

Okay so I decided to give SC4Mapper a shot........and I downloaded everything smoothly.

Now the issue is that SC4Mapper is showing up on my Task Manager as running but I don't actually have it on my screen.

I'm running Vista 32 bit. Any suggestiosn?

Same exact thing happens to me.    Hope someone helps?

Terraformer has one window that comes up for me and it shows me an overview, but nothing else. It worked properly once, but now all it does is that. I'm trying to figure out what settings need to be changed.
