This area is just East of Cadillac and the avenue that runs parallel to the river goes through downtown in the next tile over. I-65 runs North to Callahan City and South to the City of Willow Run. It's an older suburb that has seen a fair amount of new retail development, but some of the office parks are a little dated. One of the city's best High Schools can be seen near the bottom of the image.

VERY nice, everyone! Evil Weasel, I especially like your downtown area because it's so realistic. It's not horrible at all and I didn't notice any black splotches. MCO1258, your suburban city also strikes me as really realistic and a nice city. Hotdogs, your city also looks really cool, with bustling commerce and a huge avenue.

Hotdogs: I want to live there!

MCO: What is the name of that powerplant at the right of your picture?

At the bottom is a pic of some new development in an old neighborhood.

Nice work DITRO. I don't know the name of the powerplant off hand and it doesn't show the name in SC4. What I can tell you is that it is a waste to energy plant and that I got it from one of the Japanese BAT sites. I'll see if I can find the site again, but I got it a long time ago. Hopefully somebody else will know...

Thanks. I like the mix of the old and the new in your city, and that little office park across the river.

Here is an overview of the tile I am working on, trying to mix the concrete jungle with the natural jungle, full size 1280X800 if you click the image.
